1. Tout nos véhicules sont assurés tout risque.
2. Une caution de 900 € pour les véhicules 5 places et 1000€ pour les véhicules 7 places est remise au loueur à la signature du contrat par empreinte bancaire. Cette dernière n’est pas débitée.
3. Dans le cas d’un sinistre responsable, seule la caution demeure acquise au loueur à moins que le montant des dommages causés au véhicule loué soit inférieur à la franchise. Dans ce cas, seul le montant des dommages est retenu sur la caution.
4. Tous les dégâts qui ne font pas l’objet d’un dommage assurable seront à la charge du locataire (perte ou casse des clefs du véhicule, disparition ou destruction de l’autoradio, les autocollants publicitaires, etc.).
5. Il est exigé un permis de plus de 3 ans et l’âge minimum de location est de 23 ans.
6. Le locataire du véhicule s’engage à ne pas : faire de remorquage, pousser des véhicules, monter des personnes en « Stop ».
7. Le locataire devra vérifier les niveaux (huile, eau, etc.) régulièrement.
8. Les pneumatiques (usure, gonflage, etc.) devront être contrôlés. Toute crevaison sera à la charge du locataire. Seul notre agence est affectée au choix des pneumatiques, en cas de changement le pneu vous sera facturé.
9. Le locataire reste seul responsable des amendes, contraventions et procès-verbaux établis contre lui.
10. Le locataire s’engage à rendre le véhicule dans le même état de propreté sinon il lui sera facturé 60 euros de frais de nettoyage sauf si celui-ci souscrit au forfait nettoyage proposé lors de la réservation d'un montant de 30€. Au départ et au retour, le niveau de carburant du véhicule sera le même, sinon il lui sera facturé 10 € par barre (1/8ème) manquante (toute barre entamée sera due).
11. En cas de vol du véhicule, le locataire devra être en mesure de fournir la clé du véhicule, dans le cas inverse, il sera considéré complice du vol et perdra sa caution et sera poursuivi. Dans le cas d’un vol par effraction, le locataire perdra sa caution.
12. En cas d’accident, le locataire devra aviser le loueur, dans l’heure suivante pour remplir le constat amiable.

The required documents are the same as in mainland France: a valid driver's license (a photocopy is rarely accepted) and a credit card for the security deposit. Be sure to check the minimum age and years of driving experience required in the "Details" tab of each offer.
The roads in Guadeloupe are often hilly, and the slopes can be quite steep. Therefore, it is recommended to avoid category A vehicles (such as Renault Twingo, Kia Picanto, Peugeot 108, etc.) which may not have a powerful enough engine to handle the terrain.
