1. Objet

Les présentes Conditions Générales de Location (ci-après les “CGL”) régissent la location de véhicules entre LEGRAND AUTOMOBILE (ci-après “le Loueur”) et toute personne physique ou morale souhaitant louer un véhicule (ci-après “le Locataire”).

2. Conditions de location

  • Le Locataire doit être âgé d’au moins 21 ans et être titulaire d’un permis de conduire valide depuis au moins 3 ans.
  • Le permis de conduire doit être présenté lors de la remise du véhicule.
  • Une carte d’identité ou un passeport valide peut être exigé.

    • 3. Réservation et paiement

  • La réservation d’un véhicule peut être effectuée en ligne, par téléphone ou sur place.
  • Le paiement total ou partiel peut être exigé au moment de la réservation.
  • Un dépôt de garantie sera demandé avant la remise du véhicule (montant précisé selon le véhicule).

    • 4. Remise et restitution du véhicule

  • Le véhicule est remis propre, en bon état de fonctionnement, avec le plein de carburant (sauf mention contraire).
  • Le véhicule doit être restitué à la date et à l’heure prévues, dans le même état et avec le plein de carburant (sauf mention contraire).

  • Le Locataire est responsable des dommages non couverts par l’assurance (ex. : conduite en état d’ivresse, négligence, etc.).

    • 7. Annulation et modification

  • Toute annulation doit être notifiée par écrit.
  • Pour obtenir remboursement complet l’annulation doit se faire au minimum 7 (sept) jours complets avant la date de début de location.
  • Le Loueur se réserve le droit d’annuler la location en cas de force majeure ou de non-respect des conditions.

    • 8. Données personnelles

    Les données collectées sont traitées conformément à la réglementation en vigueur en matière de protection des données personnelles. Le Locataire dispose d’un droit d’accès, de rectification et de suppression de ses données.

    9. Litiges et droit applicable

    Les présentes CGL sont soumises au droit français. Tout litige sera porté devant les tribunaux compétents du siège social du Loueur, sauf disposition légale contraire.
