Le permis doit être obligatoirement présenté à chaque location. Age minium 21 ans et à partir de 3 ans de permis. Dépôt de garantie en CB vous sera réclamé à la prise du véhicule.
Le véhicule est loué propre. Le locataire s’engage à rendre le véhicule dans le même état de propreté.
Dans le cas contraire, si le locataire n’a pas choisi le forfait nettoyage en supplément de 60€ lui sera déduit de la caution bancaire. Les véhicules doivent être restitués avec le plein comme au départ. A défaut, des frais de remplissage de 20€ lui seront facturés en plus du carburant manquant avec envoi facture essence à l’appui.
Tout retard de plus d’une heure sera facturé une journée.
Lors du retour du véhicule Fresh car Location ne pourra être tenu comme responsable d’objets ou documents oublié dans le véhicule.
Aucun remboursement ne sera effectué pour restitution par anticipation.
Tous les dégâts sui ne font l’objet d’un dommage assurable seront à la charge du location (disparition ou destruction de l’autoradio, du gilet et triangle de pré-signalisation, tapis etc.)
Les autocollants publicitaires ne peuvent en aucun cas être supprimés, modifiés et/ou dissimulés.
A défaut des frais de compensation seront imputés à hauteur de 90€.
Le locataire devra se conduire en bon père de famille et vérifier régulièrement les niveaux (huile, eau etc.) du véhicule et son éclairage. Il ne devra en aucun cas rouler avec des voyants allumés.
En cas d’accident, le locataire devra aviser le loueur sous 24h pour remplir le constat et se à l’agence dans les plus brefs délais pour constater les éventuels dégâts. Le locataire est responsable du véhicule en circulation comme en stationnement.
Le gonflage des pneumatiques devra être contrôlé régulièrement. Les dommages aux roues et crevaisons ainsi que les dommages causés aux jantes sont à la charge du locataire.
Pour tout changement des pneumatiques, si le véhicule n’est pas immobilisé rapprochez-vous de l’agence. Dans le cas contraire le choix des pneumatiques doit être approuvé par un agent de Fresh Car Location.
En cas de vol du véhicule, la franchise est due, la caution sera immédiatement encaissée. Le locataire devra être en mesure de fournir la clé du véhicule. Dans le cas inverse, il pourra être poursuivi à hauteur de la valeur du véhicule.
La caution sera systématiquement et immédiatement bloqué.
Dans le cas de dégâts d’un montant inférieur nous prélèverons à la hauteur du sinistre. Pour tout sinistre, il vous sera facturé 40€ de frais de dossier ainsi que les frais de remorquages, la remise à niveau du carburant. En cas de sinistre responsable, le loueur se réserve le droit de résilier le contrat de location et n’est aucunement dans l’obligation de fournir un autre véhicule.
Le locataire devra en aucun cas procéder lui-même aux réparations.

The roads in Guadeloupe are often hilly, and the slopes can be quite steep.
