Le véhicule sera livré à l’endroit, date et heure communiqués par le Locataire pendant les horaires d’ouverture de l’agence. La restitution se fera au lieu, date et heures communiqués par le Locataire toujours pendant les horaires d’ouverture de l’agence. Le locataire est interdit formellement d’abandonner le véhicule sans accord de AGENCIA SERV.
Lors de l’établissement du contrat le client fixe les dates et heures de retour et doit prévenir AGENCIA SERV de tout changement. L’heure supplémentaire est facturée 10€ selon la classification. Toute prolongation non autorisée par AGENCIA SERV entraîne la déchéance des assurances.
La voiture est livrée en parfait état de marche et de propreté. La voiture sera rendue dans le même état de propreté, à défaut le locataire devra s’acquitter du montant des nettoyages et remises en état de 70 €.
Le carburant est à la charge du Locataire. Un montant de 20 € vous sera facturé par niveau si celui est inférieur à celui de la livraison.
Le locataire en tant que bon gardien du véhicule est seul responsable de l’ensemble des conséquences qui résulteraient d’un mauvaise utilisation de ce dernier. Il procédera aux vérifications de tous les niveaux d’huile, d'eau et autres fluides ainsi que les opérations d’entretiens courants nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du véhicule.
Le Client peut annuler la location du véhicule réservé 7 jours (soit 168h) avant la livraison du véhicule sans motif, sans justificatif et sans frais. Passé ce délai, l’acompte versé ne sera pas remboursé. En cas de problèmes liés à la présentation des documents exigés au comptoir, avec la carte de crédit, défaut de garanties bancaires, le locataire ne peut solliciter le remboursement de l’acompte.
Le locataire demeure seul responsable des amendes, contraventions et procès-verbaux établi contre lui. La société AGENCIA SERV décline toute responsabilité en cas de perte ou de dommages de biens quelconques transportés et laissés dans le véhicule avant ou après la restitution de ce dernier. Sont à la charges du Locataire (Hors sinistre déclaré) : Les détériorations causés à l'intérieur et à l’extérieur du véhicule suite à une négligence Les dommages occasionnés aux pneumatiques, jantes, rétroviseurs… Les dommages causés en cas de conduite en état d’ivresse. En cas d’impossibilité matérielle liée à une mauvaise utilisation du véhicule, ce dernier sera rapatrié aux frais et par les soins du locataire, la location restant dues jusqu’au retour du véhicule.
Le paiement des locations se fera par carte bancaire, VAD (vente à distance) ou espèces La caution se fera uniquement par carte bancaire.

The required documents are the same as in mainland France: a valid driver's license (a photocopy is rarely accepted) and a credit card for the security deposit. Be sure to check the minimum age and years of driving experience required in the "Details" tab of each offer.
The roads in Guadeloupe are often hilly, and the slopes can be quite steep. Therefore, it is recommended to avoid category A vehicles (such as Renault Twingo, Kia Picanto, Peugeot 108, etc.) which may not have a powerful enough engine to handle the terrain.
