Cars are normally rented with excess being paid in advance.
The driver should be at least 21 years old.
A valid driver’s license, effective since at least 2 years old must be produced.
The estimated cost of the rental is payable in advance together with excess.
Petrol is at customer’s cost. Same level should be returned to WANDERING WHEELS.
Servicing is normally provided by WANDERING WHEELS. No one else WANDERING WHEELS is allowed to service or repair the car.
Damage or loss of equipment, tyres and covers are not covered by insurance and is therefore the responsibility of the hirer.
Loss of personal property is not covered by insurance.
All accidents even the minor one must be reported to WANDERING WHEELS office immediately, otherwise WANDERING WHEELS reserves the right to freeze the excess and to cancel immediately the rental agreement without any obligation whatsoever towards the hirer.
The cars are only rented as personal and leisure use therefore it is not authorize at anytime to us the car as an instrument to teach driving and also non-authorize persons is not allowed to drive the cars. WANDERING WHEELS reserves the right to cancel rental at once and to freeze the excess pursuant to damage caused to cars and to take any legal decision that may be adviced by its legal adviser for any matter.
All cars are being delivered in a clean state and therefore it is advisable that the renter returns the car in the same state as rented otherwise a fee of Rs. 300 will be charged or deducted from the excess.
Cars must be returned in the same state of petrol as at rented and marked in the agreement and checking list otherwise the amount which is lack will be charged or deducted from excess.
All renewal of rental must be notified to WANDERING WHEELS before the normal ending period and a new rental must be agreement must be sign otherwise the rental after the normal rental period will be null and void and could engage legal actions towards the hirer by WANDERING WHEELS.
All excess paid at the beginning of rental to WANDERING WHEELS, will be refund at the end of rental in it’s integrality except if damage is caused to cars or breach of contract has been done by the hirer necessary amount or all excess will be retained according to the damaged caused.
No subletting is allowed except authorize in written by WANDERING WHEELS.
All police contravention is on the charge of the hirer, except to those concerning the state and conditions of the car since start of the hiring period.
Any misbehavior, dangerous driving and illegal use of cars could engage to cancellation of contract agreement and accordingly excess can be freeze if damage is caused to cars except to normal tears and wear.
WANDERING WHEELS will not accept the return of cars before the scheduled rental period stated in the rental agreement except in force majeure.
IMPORTANT: The excess amount sign is to be paid to WANDERING WHEELS if damaged found on the recovery day or the driver has made and accident with the rented car. Invoice will be then sent by email along with the quotation of repairs of the damaged car.
