Les types de voitures mentionnés sont donnés à titre indicatif. Un modèle de voiture répondant aux mêmes normes sera fourni. Le locataire doit posséder un permis de conduire européen ou international valide, délivré au moins un an avant la date de location. Les jours de location sont calculés sur une base de 24 heures à partir de l’heure de prise en charge du véhicule. Lors de la prise en charge d'une voiture, le conducteur principal ainsi que tous les conducteurs supplémentaires devront fournir un permis de conduire complet à leur nom.
L'âge minimum pour les locataires, quelle que soit la catégorie de voiture, est de 21 ans. L’âge maximum du locataire pour toutes les catégories de voitures est de 75 ans.
Toutes les principales cartes de crédit sont acceptées. Cartes de crédit acceptées : Visa, American Express, Mastercard.
En cas d'accident ou de vol, 600 EUR restent à la charge du client. Toutefois, pour les dommages mineurs, nous facturons uniquement le montant estimé des dégâts. En cas de collision où le client n'est pas en faute, il n'a pas à payer l'excédent. Les dommages ou pertes de matériel, tels que les pneus, les rétroviseurs extérieurs et l'autoradio, ne sont pas couverts par l'assurance. Le client signe un contrat de location qui l'engage à prendre ses responsabilités en cas de collision en tort ou de vol.
En cas de panne, nous intervenons dans les plus brefs délais pour vous dépanner ou vous fournir un véhicule de remplacement, ou encore pour procéder au remboursement total du montant restant de votre location. Si aucun véhicule n'est livré immédiatement, un transfert gratuit vers votre hôtel sera proposé.
Toute réparation pour crevaison de pneu ou dommage aux pneus est à la charge du locataire.
Livraison/retrait de 07h à 19h. Un supplément de 30€ s'applique en dehors de ces horaires.
Le véhicule doit être restitué dans le même état qu'au moment de la location, en tenant compte de l'usure normale. Si le client n'est pas satisfait du véhicule, il doit contacter le loueur pour un remplacement, sous réserve de disponibilité.
Si le client refuse de louer la voiture, même en étant informé que les modèles sont donnés à titre indicatif et n'accepte aucune autre solution, des frais d'annulation seront appliqués. Des frais pour perte de clés s'appliquent selon les tarifs du concessionnaire officiel et le coût de livraison. Les taches excessives ou les dommages internes seront facturés selon les tarifs du fournisseur. Il incombe au locataire de vérifier soigneusement le véhicule lors de la prise en charge ou du retour.
Le véhicule doit être restitué avec le même niveau de carburant que lors de la prise en charge. Sinon, des frais de ravitaillement seront appliqués. Le tarif pour le carburant manquant est de 50 MUR (1,25 euro) par litre. Tout carburant non utilisé n'est pas remboursable. Le coût du carburant par litre sera celui indiqué au comptoir de location.
