TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

The following terms and conditions are set to ensure a full understanding between “Customer” and “We / our” only Cars Hire Ltd in relation to each “job” performed and we choose. All tasks will be completed in the best possible time.

1. Cancellation

1.1. Any cancellation within 6 hours from the start of the reservation will include 100% full commission of the job value.

1.2. Any cancellation within 24 hours from the start of the booking will include 50% of the cost up to 6 hours before the start of work, in which paragraph 1.1 applies.

1.3. Any cancellation with more than 24 hours notice will not cost anything.

Please try and advise us as to any changes with as much notice as possible.

2. Drivers

2.1. Drivers are always responsible for the car and therefore are not allowed to break the rules in Mauritius, including and not limited to; Speed, smoking or drinking.

2.2 If a passenger violates the law in Mauritius at the request of the driver or against the driver’s wishes, the company will have no choice but to cancel the reservation immediately and Only car hire Ltd. Orion expect payment of 100% of the job value, regardless of how far into the job it is.

2.3 Your driver will always drive at a safe and reasonable speed in accordance with road conditions, traffic and legal speed limits.

2.4 Your driver will travel the most convenient and cost-effective route unless the customer gives another order.

2.5 The driver has the right to refrain from entering any person who is considered to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol and whose behavior is a threat to the driver, vehicle or any other passenger.

3. Damage

3.1. The customer are responsible for any and all internal & external damage that has occurred whilst the vehicle is partaking in the clients’ job, unless the driver or a third party unrelated to that work is to blame. Accordingly, the customer will be billed for any repairs or valeting required in addition to any time lost to reinstate the vehicle to its previous condition.

3.2. If the customer sees previous damage on the first entry into the car, he must notify the driver immediately.

3.3. Damage deposit Rs 25,000 will be paid for each vehicle at the beginning of each contract or in other cases as agreed.

During a booking, we may provide the customer with a subcontracted vehicle, which in turn will be assessed by Only Cars Hire Ltd for road suitability and ensure that all relevant documents are available and the vehicle is intended for It is convenient.

5.

Only Cars Hire Ltd reserves the right to change driver for any job anywhere in the booking.

6.

While we do our best to make sure we are punctual; we cannot be held accountable for situations beyond our control.

7.

By providing your contact information, email, phone and address, you allow us to contact you with any suggestions that we think may be of interest to you. We promise never to transfer your information to third parties.

8. Extra Charges

8.1. Outside the mileage to do this, unlimited mileage with agreement.

8.2. Airport jobs from pickup to airport reservation and vice versa have a fixed price. If there is any further collection or divestiture and the total workload is more than 40 miles, the additional mileage will be priced in accordance with 8.1.

9.

A standard day of the term “daily rate” for each vehicle is 8 hours, unless otherwise agreed. Even if the vehicle is returned within 5 hours, a daily rate is applied.

10.

We reserve the right to leave the vehicle in the course of work as long as it has been replaced with a similar vehicle and does not cause any inconvenience to the customer, except by prior agreement.

11.

Only car hire Ltd and all of its vehicles, including subcontracted are fully insured for passenger and third-party claims.

12.

We reserve the right to change any of these terms as needed without prior notice.

13.

For tasks lasting more than 4 consecutive days, 50% down payment with the remaining 50% plus any additional after completion is required, unless otherwise agreed. For jobs that last less than 4 consecutive days, 100% down payment is required, unless otherwise agreed. The payment terms for each outstanding balance are exactly 21 days after the end of the work.
