Les voitures sont couvertes par une assurance tons risque. Cependant, en cas d'accident, le client est responsable pour les premières Rs 35,000 - Toute perte ou dommage d’effets personnels ne sont pas couverts.
Un dépôt de Rs 35,000 – pour l’assurance, plus estimation du coût de location sont payables d’avance. Le dépôt pour l’assurance est totalement remboursable excepté s’il y a eu perte ou dommage.
Garantie illimitée pour dommages causés aux tiers. Tous risques (avec franchise de Rs 35,000) pour dommages à la voiture, vol par effraction ou incendie.
(i) La voiture est livrée en parfaite état de marche. Le compteur sont sous scellés. Les scellés ne pourront être enlevés ou faussés sous peine de paiement de la location sur la base de 200 kilomètres par jour.
(ii) Sous peine d'être exclu de la garantie d'assurance et donc en état de non-assurance le locataire s'engage à ne pas laisser conduire la voiture par d'autres personnes que celles dont les noms sont enregistrés sur notre contrat de location.
(iii) Voiture livrée propre. Veuillez retourner propre sinon un frais de nettoyage de Rs 600 vous sera facturé.
L'essence est à la charge du client. Le ' Servicing ' est à notre charge, mais le client sera remboursé de toutes dépenses qu'il aura fait pour le graissage, sur production d'un récépissé.
Les pertes ou dommages, d'équipement (5 Pneus, Crique, Outils, Antenne, Essuie-glaces, etc) ainsi que les dommages mécaniques causés par la négligence du client ne sont pas couverts par les assurances et sont donc payables par le client.
RESPONSABILITES - Le locataire demeure seul responsable des amendes, contraventions et procès-verbaux établis contre lui. Tous les frais judiciaires seront à la charge du client.
