Under penalty of cancellation of the insurance policy, renter agrees not to allow the car to be driven by other person than himself or those approved by HOLIDAY CAR HIRE AND TOURS LTD and who he is answering for, to use the vehicle only for his requirements, not to take part in competition, not to use the vehicle for unlawful purposes or for the transportation of good, not to push or to tow any vehicle or trailer, not to take passengers and not to overload the rented vehicle by taking a number of passengers above the one stated on the car license.
Sous peine d'annulation de la police d'assurance, le locataire s'engage à ne pas permettre à la voiture pour être conduit par une autre personne que lui-même ou ceux approuvés par HOLIDAY CAR HIRE AND TOURS LTD et à qui il répond pour, d'utiliser le véhicule seulement pour ses besoins, de ne pas prendre part à la compétition, ne pas utiliser le véhicule à des fins illicites ou pour le transport du bien, de ne pas pousser ou de remorquer un véhicule ou une remorque, ne pas prendre de passagers et de ne pas surcharger le véhicule loué par prenant un nombre de passagers supérieur à celui indiqué sur le permis voiture.
The car is delivered in perfect working order and in absolutely clean condition. The odometer and their connections are sealed. The seals are not to be broken and/or tampered with or else the renter is liable to a penalty equivalent to a rental standard rate of one day. The vehicle shall be returned in the same condition of neatness, otherwise the renter shall have to pay for the cleaning and over hauling cost. The five tyres are in fair conditions without cuts. In case of damage to one of them for a reason other than normal wear and tear, renter agrees to replace it at once by a tyre of same and or an obviously similar wear.
EQUIPMENT: damage or loss of equipment in the car is not covered by either insurance deposit or by the insurance waiver charge and is thereby the responsibility of the hirer.
La voiture est livrée en parfait état de marche et en état absolument propre. Le compteur kilométrique et leurs connexions sont scellés. Les joints ne doivent pas être cassés et / ou falsifié, ou bien le locataire est passible d'une pénalité équivalente à un taux normal de location d'une journée. Le véhicule doit être restitué dans le même état de propreté, sinon le locataire devra payer pour le nettoyage et le transport sur les coûts. Les cinq pneus sont dans des conditions équitables, sans coupures. En cas de dommage à l'un d'entre eux pour une raison autre que l'usure normale, le locataire s'engage à le remplacer immédiatement par un pneu de même et ou une usure sensiblement égale.
Matériel : dommage ou perte de matériel dans la voiture n'est pas couverte soit par dépôt d'assurance ou les frais de renonciation de l'assurance et est donc de la responsabilité du locataire

Normal mechanical wear and tears are HOLIDAY CAR HIRE AND TOURS LTD responsibility. Any and all repairs arising from abnormal wear and tear is due to lack of care on the part of the renter shall be chargeable to him. In the event of immobilisation of the vehicle, the rental company should be informed immediately.
HOLIDAY CAR HIRE AND TOURS LTD est responsable de l’usure mécanique normal de la voiture. The rental fees as well as the deposit amount are fixed by the rates in force and are payable in advance. In no case the deposit can be used for a prolongation of the hiring. In the event the renter should want to prolong the agreement and only with HOLIDAY CAR HIRE consent he shall have to forward the amount of the rental in progress otherwise he may be liable to judicial prosecution for misappropriation of the car or embezzlement.

Renter expressly prohibits himself from abandoning the vehicle. In the event of material impossibility, the car shall be repatriated by HOLIDAY CAR HIRE at renters expense, the rental being due until the return of the vehicle.

Immediately on the termination of the hiring and the return of the car, renter shall deliver the license, and all documents required for its running; failing which the rental charge shall continue to be invoiced until the return of the documents.
