Whether you are visiting Réunion or a local resident, we guarantee vehicle delivery and collection at Roland Garros Airport, Monday to Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. If you are a local resident, we will be happy to deliver a vehicle to you at Roland Garros Airport or welcome you directly at our agency in Sainte-Marie (50 Ruelle des Œillets, Cité Geslin, La Mare) Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. After leaving the airport, the meeting point is on your left, in the first lane of the parking lot, under the flags, after crossing the "drop-off" area.

Au départ de la location, vous devez présenter à T PASSION AUTO une carte bancaire à titre de garantie. Le montant du dépôt de garantie s’élève à 1300 euros minimum selon la catégorie du véhicule et est destinée à garantir T PASSION AUTO du paiement des frais occasionnés sur le véhicule de location et de la responsabilité financière maximale dont vous pourriez être redevable en cas de dommage(s) subi(s) par le véhicule ou de son vol.
Le tarif de location est calculé par tranche de 24 heures.
Nous tolérons un retard d’1heure au retour du véhicule. Passé ce délai, nous facturons une journée supplémentaire de location.
Si le véhicule ne nous est pas restitué le jour de la fin du contrat, et sans réponse téléphonique de votre part, nous nous verrons contraint et forcé de déposer plainte au commissariat de Saint-Denis dès le lendemain de la date de fin du contrat de location.
Pour tout retour du véhicule par anticipation (avant la date du retour prévue sur le contrat), aucun remboursement ne sera effectué.
Les transferts aéroport Roland Garros sont assurés de 07h00 à 18h30 (transfert offert).
Nous vous proposons de contrôler contradictoirement l’état apparent du véhicule au départ et au retour de la location. Si l’état apparent du véhicule au retour diffère de celui au départ, T PASSION AUTO vous facturera les dégâts constatés (chocs, carrosserie, accessoires manquants, les petits dégâts expertisés à 16S euros TTC minimum par élément) dans la limite de la responsabilité financière maximale applicable.
Nous vous invitons à restituer le véhicule avec le même niveau de carburant qu’à la prise du véhicule. A défaut, T PASSION AUTO vous facturera le carburant manquant au prix en vigueur, augmenté de 20 euros TTC correspondant aux prestations liées au remplissage du réservoir effectué par le personnel de T PASSION AUTO
Pour toutes amendes reçues après la restitution du véhicule, des frais de traitement de 20€ TTC sont appliqués et dus à la société T PASSION AUTO
Nous vous remercions de ramener le véhicule dans l’état de propreté initial. Tout véhicule restitué dans un état non conforme au départ et dans un état de saleté inacceptable (poils d’animaux, boue, odeur nauséabonde), fera l’objet d’un nettoyage complet et sera facturé minimum 40 euros TTC.
Vous pouvez ajouter 1 conducteur additionnel pour un supplément de 10 euros.
