Être âgé d’au moins 25 ans, et être titulaire du permis B, français ou européen, depuis au moins 2ans. La présentation de l’original du permis est obligatoire pour l’édition du contrat de location. L’ajout d’un second conducteur au contrat est gratuit.
Déposer une caution. Cette dernière ne peut être réalisée autrement que par pré autorisation, via carte bancaire. Son montant varie en fonction du véhicule souhaité, varie entre 900 et 1500€.
Rendre le véhicule dans l’état initial. OLVAS Location s’engage à vous fournir un véhicule propre, tous pleins faits. Il en va de votre responsabilité de le retourner à l’identique. Des frais s’appliquent en cas de retour non conforme.
Rendre le véhicule à l’heure prévue. Le tarif de votre location est calculé en tranche de 24 heures. Au-delà d’une heure de retard, le montant d’une journée complète est dû. Tout retour anticipé du véhicule par rapport au contrat initial ne donnera en aucun lieu droit au remboursement des jours non utilisés.
Prévenir toute prolongation ou extension du contrat. Le client s’engage à prévenir OLVAS location au minimum 24h à l’avance pour toute prolongation du contrat initialement prévu. Passer ce délai OLVAS Location se réserve le droit de refuser toute prolongation. Sans retour de votre part malgré la fin du contrat, une plainte pour vol pourra être déposée auprès des autorités compétentes.
Participer à l’état des lieux. Un agent de la société OLVAS Location, vous proposera d’effectuer un état des lieux du véhicule avant votre départ, OLVAS Location autorise le client à effectuer toutes les vérifications nécessaires et de les faire noter sur son contrat. Si malgré cela, au retour du véhicule, ce dernier ne correspond pas à l’état des lieux de départ, des frais, prévus par le contrat s’appliquent, dans la limite du dépôt de caution. (215€ minimum par élément de carrosserie, soumis à expertise du constructeur du véhicule, les éléments manquants sont dus dans la totalité à la valeur neuve de l’élément)
Les véhicules disposent d’une assurance au tiers non responsable. A raison, le client ne se verra en aucun cas pénalisé financièrement par la société OLVAS Location. A contrario, des frais, peuvent s’appliquer, dans la limite du dépôt de caution ou dans le cas d’un sinistre déclaré de la franchise d’assurance prévue au contrat de 1 308€ TTC.
Le client pourra contacter l’entreprise OLVAS Location pour toute panne, immobilisation du véhicule pour toutes raisons que ce soit. Pour une panne mécanique un véhicule de secours lui sera fourni sans frais supplémentaires. Une mauvaise utilisation du véhicule, notable, entrainera des frais d’intervention. (De 50€ à 130€ selon la panne)

The legislation is the same as in mainland France: to rent a vehicle, you must present a valid driver's license (that meets the rental conditions requirements) and a credit/debit card for the deposit.
