Les dommages causés au pneu, à la jante et au châssis ne sont pas assurés par l’assurance et relèvent de la responsabilité du conducteur.
En cas d’accident, le locataire doit signaler le problème à la société. Le formulaire d’accident peut être rempli par HIRER. L'entreprise peut prendre la voiture immédiatement après l'accident.
