Les présentes Conditions Générales de Location (CGL) définissent les droits et obligations du loueur et du locataire dans le cadre de la location d’un véhicule.
Toute signature d’un contrat de location implique l’acceptation pleine et entière des présentes conditions.
La location est personnelle et non transmissible. Toute cession ou sous-location est interdite.
Seuls sont autorisés à conduire le véhicule :
Chaque conducteur doit présenter :
Le conducteur doit être âgé d’au moins 23 ans et titulaire du permis depuis 2 ans minimum.
Toutefois, pour certaines catégories de véhicules (LOW / A / B / C / D / E), les conducteurs âgés de 21 à 23 ans avec au moins 1 an de permis peuvent être acceptés sous réserve :
Une réservation est confirmée uniquement :
Ces arrhes ne sont pas remboursables en cas d’annulation par le client.
En cas d’indisponibilité du véhicule, le loueur pourra :
Aucune autre indemnité ne pourra être demandée.
La durée minimale de location est de 24 heures consécutive.
En cas de retard lors de la restitution :
Aucun remboursement ne sera effectué en cas de retour anticipé du véhicule.
Le véhicule est remis en bon état de fonctionnement avec les équipements et documents obligatoires.
Le locataire doit vérifier l’état du véhicule au moment de la remise et signaler toute anomalie sur la fiche d’état du véhicule.
À défaut de mention contraire, le véhicule est réputé remis en parfait état.
Le locataire s’engage à utiliser le véhicule :

Le véhicule doit être utilisé uniquement sur le territoire du département de La Réunion.
La location prend fin uniquement lors de la restitution simultanée :
Toute restitution dans une agence différente de celle prévue au contrat sans autorisation écrite entraînera la facturation des frais de rapatriement.
En cas de restitution en dehors des heures d’ouverture, le locataire demeure responsable du véhicule jusqu’à la prochaine ouverture de l’agence.
Le carburant est à la charge du locataire.
Le véhicule doit être restitué avec le même niveau de carburant qu’au départ.
À défaut, il sera facturé :
Lors de la prise du véhicule, une caution est exigée sous forme de préautorisation bancaire ou chèque.
Cette caution garantit notamment :
La caution sera restituée après restitution du véhicule et règlement des éventuels frais.

En cas de dommage nécessitant une immobilisation du véhicule, le locataire pourra être facturé :
Le locataire est responsable de toutes les infractions commises pendant la durée de la location.
Le loueur pourra transmettre les coordonnées du locataire aux autorités compétentes.
Des frais de gestion de 25 € par infraction pourront être facturés.
Afin de couvrir les frais liés aux éventuelles infractions au Code de la route (stationnement, excès de vitesse, etc.), le loueur procédera à une empreinte bancaire de 50 € par véhicule lors de la prise en charge.
Cette empreinte correspond à une préautorisation bancaire et non à un débit effectif.
Elle a pour objet de couvrir les frais administratifs liés au traitement des infractions.
Cette empreinte bancaire est automatiquement annulée dans un délai maximum de 60 jours après la restitution du véhicule, à condition qu’aucune infraction ne soit constatée.
Les véhicules peuvent être équipés d’un système de géolocalisation permettant :
