Le règlement s’effectue en début de location. Dans le cas d’une prolongation, le locataire doit en faire la demande au loueur pour voir la disponibilité du véhicule, si acceptation le locataire doit se présenter à l’agence afin de renouveler le contrat et régler le nécessaire.
Une caution de 1200 € (par chèque ou CB) vous sera demandée.
La restitution du véhicule de 5h à 23h
Tous les dégâts qui ne font pas l’objet d’un dommage assurable seront à la charge du locataire.
Les pneumatiques (usure, gonflage, etc.) devront être contrôlés. Toute crevaison sera à la charge du locataire. Seule notre agence est affectée au choix des pneumatiques, en cas de changement le pneu vous sera facturé.
Le locataire reste seul responsable des amendes, contraventions et procès verbaux établis contre lui.
Le locataire s’engage à rendre le véhicule dans le même état de propreté sinon il lui sera facturé les frais de nettoyage de 20€.
En cas d’accident, le locataire devra aviser le loueur, dans l’heure suivante.
Aucun remboursement ne sera effectué pour restitution avec anticipation.
