Sous peine d’être déchu de l’assurance, le locataire s’engage à ne pas laisser conduire la voiture à d’autres personnes ayant moins de 3 ans de permis, à utiliser le véhicule que pour des besoins personnels, à ne participer à aucune compétition, à ne pas transporter des personnes à titre onéreux, à ne pas surcharger le véhicule ni en personne ni en charge en dessus de ce qui est indiqué sur la carte grise.
La voiture est livrée en parfait état de marche et de propreté. La voiture sera rendue dans le même état de propreté à défaut le locataire devra s’acquitter de la somme de 30 euros ? Les 5 pneus sont en bon état, sans coupures. En cas de détérioration de l’un deux dans un autre cas que l’usure normale le locataire s’engage à le remplacer immédiatement par un pneu de même dimension et d’usure égale.
L’essence est à la charge du locataire. Le véhicule est livré avec le plein et doit être rendu dans la même état sinon le locataire paiera 20 euros la barre en moins. Le locataire doit vérifier les niveaux et en alerter le loueur si besoin, il ne doit pas rajouter d’huile ou autres liquides dans le moteur du véhicule
L’usure mécanique normale est à la charge du loueur.
Toutes réparations provenant d’une négligence du locataire seront à sa charge et effectuées par nos soins. Le locataire ne pourra pas demander des dommages et intérêts pour retard de livraison ou défaut de véhicule.
Le locataire est assuré tous risques avec une franchise. Il est garanti pour les risques suivants :
Les prix de la location ainsi que de la caution sont déterminées par les tarifs en vigueur et payable d’avance. La caution ne pourra servir en aucun cas à la prolongation de location. Si le locataire désire conserver le véhicule, il devra obtenir l’accord du loueur et faire parvenir la somme demandée sous peine de s’exposer à des poursuites judiciaires pour détournement de voiture ou abus de confiance.
Le locataire s’interdit formellement d’abandonner le véhicule. En cas d’impossibilité matérielle celui-ci sera rapatrié au frais et par les soins du locataire, la location restante due jusqu’au retour du véhicule.
Les papiers se trouvent dans la boite à gant du véhicule et le locataire s’engage à les laisser à cet endroit.
Le locataire est seul responsable des amendes, contraventions et procès- verbaux établis contre lui.
Toutes les contestations pouvant naître entre le loueur et le locataire sont de la compétence exclusive des juridictions du lieu du domicile du loueur.
