Tous les conducteurs doivent être désignés sur le contrat de location et doivent présenter un permis de conduire valide depuis au moins deux ans. Si le conducteur possède un permis de moins de deux ans, un supplément au taux en vigueur par jour et par location est applicable.
Aucune caution n'est demandée au moment de la signature du contrat de location. Toutefois, en cas d'accident, de dommage, de perte ou de vol du véhicule, des frais de caution seront applicables. Aucun frais de caution ne sera appliqué si l'assurance Premium a été souscrite.
La location est d'une durée minimum de 24 heures. Toute prolongation doit être notifiée au moins 12 heures avant la fin de la location à la compagnie et doit être approuvée par celle-ci, car tout dépendra de la disponibilité. En cas d'indisponibilité ou si la compagnie n'a pas été avisée pour la prolongation du contrat de location, celui-ci se termine donc à la date et l'heure mentionnées sur le contrat.
Sous peine d'être exclu de la garantie d'assurance et donc en état de non-assurance, le client s'engage à ne pas laisser conduire le véhicule par d'autres personnes que lui-même ou celles agréées par la compagnie. Le client se porte garant d'utiliser le véhicule que pour ses besoins personnels, de ne pas utiliser le véhicule à des fins illicites ou à des transports de marchandises, de ne pas proposer ou encourager tout véhicule, de ne pas transporter des personnes à titre onéreux, et de ne pas surcharger le véhicule loué en transportant un nombre de passagers supérieur à celui indiqué sur la licence du véhicule.
Le véhicule est livré en parfait état de marche et de propreté. Les cinq pneus sont en bon état. En cas de détérioration de l'un d'eux pour une cause autre que l'usure normale, le client s'engage à le remplacer immédiatement. Le véhicule doit être bien entretenu et le client s'engage à retourner le véhicule dans le même état qu'à la livraison. Tout nettoyage excessif de l'intérieur ou de l'extérieur sera à la charge du client.
L'essence est à la charge du client. Lors de la livraison, le niveau du carburant sera noté et ce sera la responsabilité du client de le retourner au même niveau. Si, au retour du véhicule, le carburant est moins important qu'à la livraison, la différence sera facturée au client ainsi qu'une indemnité. Si le niveau du carburant est supérieur au retour du véhicule, ce ne sera pas remboursé.
Les véhicules sont assurés tous risques. Toutefois, en cas d'accident sous la responsabilité du client ou non, la caution sera appliquée. Aucun frais de caution ne sera appliqué si l'assurance Premium a été souscrite. En cas d'accident sous l'influence d'alcool, de drogue, ou de substances illicites, la valeur totale des dommages sera à la charge du client. Le vol, la perte ou les dommages aux effets personnels du client ne sont pas couverts par l'assurance.
La livraison et la reprise du véhicule sont généralement effectuées à notre bureau. Elles peuvent également être effectuées à n'importe quel point de l'île moyennant un supplément. La livraison à l'aéroport est gratuite. Dans les deux cas, un délai de 24 heures est requis.
Les contraventions survenues au moment où le véhicule était à la charge du client seront à ses frais. Les sabots de Denver sont applicables si le véhicule est en stationnement illégal et le paiement devra être fait aux autorités concernées. Il est obligatoire de porter la ceinture de sécurité à l'avant ainsi qu'à l'arrière du véhicule. Les enfants de moins de 12 ans ne sont pas autorisés à s'asseoir à l'avant du véhicule. Des caméras sont placées dans plusieurs endroits de l'île, il est donc recommandé de respecter la limitation de vitesse.
Le client ne doit pas utiliser le véhicule en cas de cyclone en alerte 3 ou 4. S'il y a eu des dommages en conduisant pendant un cyclone, la valeur totale des dommages sera à la charge du client.
Tout accident doit être rapporté immédiatement à notre bureau ainsi qu'au poste de police le plus proche dans un délai de 2 heures.
