Age minimum : 21 ans révolu pour toutes les catégories, exception faite pour les véhicules prémium (AUDI Q5 et autres : 26 ans).
Permis de conduire : Être titulaire depuis au moins 2 ans du permis de conduire en cours de validité.
Pièces justificatives à présenter physiquement obligatoirement : Permis de conduire et pièce d’identité
Caution : Caution de 950 € à 2 500 €selon la catégorie. Cette dernière sera restituée à la clôture du dossier faite au maximum dans les 24h00 suivant le retour du véhicule et dans son intégralité selon l’état du véhicule. La caution se fera par CB à relief (CB de type MAESTRO et autres cartes de ce type non acceptées). Les cartes devront être exclusivement au nom du conducteur principal du véhicule.
VEHICULE PREMIUM : La présentation de 2 cartes de crédit prémium au nom du conducteur principal sera exigée.

Tous nos véhicules sont non-fumeur, il est strictement interdit de fumer dans les véhicules. Tout client se verra facturer un forfait de 300 € pour le nettoyage des dégâts et l’enlèvement des odeurs de cigarettes, cigares et autres.
La durée minimale de location est de 5 jours
Les horaires de prise en charge et de restitution doivent être respectés. Tout retard de restitution supérieur à 45 minutes entrainera la facturation d’une journée de location supplémentaire
En cas de prolongation du contrat, le locataire devra se présenter dans l’une de nos agences 48h00 minimum avant la fin de sa période de location afin de s’acquitter des nouvelles sommes dues.
MMP LOC ET SERVICES se réserve le plein droit de refuser la prolongation du contrat existant sans avoir à motiver la décision. Sauf prolongation autorisée par MMP LOC ET SERVICES, la non restitution du véhicule aux dates et heures prévues par le contrat, constitue un détournement exposant le locataire à des poursuites judiciaires.
Le véhicule doit être restitué avec le plein (ou, le cas échéant, au même niveau de carburant que celui du départ), dans le cas contraire, le carburant manquant vous sera facturé au tarif en vigueur dans nos agences MMP LOC ET SERVICES, 30 euros par quart manquant.
En cas de sinistre ou d’accident avec ou sans tiers, y compris pour le client ayant souscrit au rachat de franchise, à la restitution du véhicule vous seront facturé des frais de traitement de dossier forfaitaire pour un montant de 90€, il en est de même pour le traitement des contraventions
Le véhicule devra être restitué dans le même état de prorète qu’au départ, le cas échéant, un montant forfaitaire de nettoyage sera appliqué (3 niveaux de propreté, 75€, 125€ et 290€)
Le client reconnait être responsable des amendes, des violations au code de la route et de leurs conséquences éventuelles
En cas de violation du locataire d'un des termes de ce contrat, tous les frais d'un éventuel procès encouru par le loueur, y compris les honoraires d'avocat seront à la charge du locataire. Le loueur se réserve le droit d'annuler une réservation passée sur le moteur de réservation Rentîles jusqu'à 48 heures après la réservation en cas de non-disponibilité du véhicule.

Hitchhiking is also common in Martinique, but it can be time-consuming, and it may not optimize your vacation experience.
Just like in mainland France, you will be asked for your driver's license and a credit/debit card for the deposit. The vehicle deposit ranges from 700€ (for small vehicles) to sometimes more than 2000€, so it is strongly advised to increase your bank limit before leaving.
