Quel que soit le moyen de règlement utilisé et les assurances optionnelles souscrites, un dépôt de garantie égal au montant de la franchise incompressible accident et vol sera exigé. Ce dépôt de garantie devra se faire exclusivement par empreinte de carte bancaire au nom et prénom du locataire. La durée minimale de location s’entend par tranche de 24 heures. Tout dépassement de celle-ci au-delà de 59 minutes engendrera la facturation d’une journée supplémentaire.
En cas de prolongation, le locataire devra se présenter avant la fin de son contrat afin de le régulariser. Le loueur se réserve cependant le droit de refuser la prolongation de la location. Sauf prolongation autorisée par le loueur, la non-restitution du véhicule à la date de retour prévue constitue un détournement exposant le locataire à des poursuites judiciaires.
Le véhicule doit être restitué avec le plein. Dans le cas contraire nous vous facturerons le prix du carburant manquant majoré de 20%. Tout véhicule restitué en dehors des heures d’ouverture demeure sous la responsabilité du locataire. L’heure de restitution du véhicule pour clôturer le contrat et déterminer le montant de la facture, sera l’heure de la prochaine ouverture d’agence. Lors de la restitution du véhicule, en cas de sinistre ou d’accident avec ou sans tiers, il sera facturé des frais de dossiers d’un montant de 40 €.
